Qualifications

• Experience in Hire Desk or recruitment support is desirable.
• Experience in a busy office environment with customer-facing duties.
• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate hire of Murphy Plant Equipment and deliver across the UK.
• Procurement of externally sourced plant/equipment for best quality and value.
• Liaise with external supply chain, maintenance teams and depots to ensure Quality, Performance and Delivery.
• Maintain accurate paper and computer-based records of hires and invoices.
• Provide high quality customer service in communications with internal and external clients.
