Unify is seeking a Hire Desk Controller in Weston-super-Mare to manage customer bookings, coordinate hire activities, and act as the main contact for clients. You will work with Transport, Workshop and Sales teams, ensuring smooth operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple mailboxes.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Prior experience in an administration role.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and adjust schedules.
• Proficient IT skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customer bookings and enquiries via phone and email.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as; Transport, Workshop and Sales as well as Customers.
• Managing multiple mailboxes and multitasking multiple tasks.
• Managing a volume of outgoing / incoming hires from customers.
• Processing admin enquiries.
• Checking availability of equipment and making sure details are correct and up to date.
• Track ongoing hire agreements maintain accurate documentation.
