Develop and maintain deep local knowledge of clients, locations, and surveyors to improve planning and scheduling efficiency; ability to use this knowledge to provide more accurate and effective scheduling solutions.
Experience in managing exceptions, such as reschedules and reallocations by acting as the focal point for handling exceptions and challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
Take on more responsibility for finding the best solutions for clients and LR evaluating various options and making decisions that align with client needs and organizational goals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to work through exceptions and challenges, communicating effectively with clients to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction.
Manage Planning & Scheduling Requests to completion, ensuring they meet proposed KPI targets including monitoring and tracking requests to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests.
Ensure compliance with global standards and processes in all planning and scheduling activities by maintaining high levels of accountability and performance in adhering to these standards.
Responsible for identifying customer needs and taking timely steps to maintain positive experiences. Promote a client-centricity culture, focusing on a positive and consistent client journey.
Ensure smooth and clear handover of tasks between teams during process cycle. Follow RACI document and clearly communicate transition points to avoid any task overlapping or gaps in ownership.
Undertake all responsibilities of the Administrator role necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
