Job summary

Qualifications

• Min 2 years of experience in an office administrative environment.
• Experience with SAP By Design and Salesforce would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep local knowledge of clients, locations, and surveyors to improve planning and scheduling efficiency.
• Manage exceptions, such as reschedules and reallocations, acting as the focal point for handling challenges.
• Find the best scheduling solutions aligned with client needs and LR goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients to resolve exceptions and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling requests to completion, monitoring KPI targets for timely execution.
• Adhere to global standards and processes in all planning and scheduling activities.
• Promote a client-centric culture and maintain a positive client journey.
• Ensure smooth handover of tasks between teams following the RACI model.
• Undertake all administrator activities necessary to fulfill responsibilities.
