Planning Law Solicitor - 4+ PQE - Bristol

We are delighted to be assisting our long standing client with their search for a planning law solicitor to join their strong planning law team who are looking to grow. This planning law solicitor will have atleast 4 years' PQE.

This planning law solicitor will be joining a planning law team who are recognised for their excellent relationships with Councils and Local Authorities. As the planning law solicitor, you'll be working with a variety of clients to include Local Authorities, developers, NHS trusts and major corporate clients. You'll be working on planning agreements, highways, compulsory purchase advice, planning appeals, listed building and conservation areas, contaminated land and much more.

You will be getting involved with business development and be a key lawyer in maintaining these relationships and building your own.

You will have atleast 4 years' PQE in planning law with a strong planning law team. Perhaps you are from the Local Authority and looking to move into private practice? Ideally, you will have experience in housing development, however, please still apply if not.
