Job summary

Taylor Blackwood is recruiting a Planner Scheduler in Cannock to support repairs and maintenance services for a Housing Association. You will coordinate and schedule works across properties, working with operatives, contractors and internal teams to meet agreed timescales and quality standards.

This busy role requires highly organised and proactive candidates with experience in housing or property environments, strong coordination and communication skills, and meticulous administrative ability

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with scheduling and/or planning.
  • Experience in social housing, housing repairs or property maintenance is advantageous.
  • Coordination and organisational skills are essential.
  • Excellent communication with customers, clients and contractors.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Planner Scheduler for our client in Cannock.

This position is for a Housing Association in a position that is supporting the delivery of repairs and maintenance service.

You'll be coordinating and scheduling works across properties, working closely with operatives, contractors and internal teams to ensure repairs and maintenance are completed within agreed timescales. This is a busy and varied role that would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive and experienced in managing voids within a housing or property environment.

  • Previous experience working with scheduling and or planning
  • Experience within social housing, housing repairs, property maintenance or a similar environment would be advantageous
  • Coordination and organisational skills are essential
  • Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers, clients and contractors
  • Good attention to detail and accurate administrative skills
