Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd in West London is seeking an experienced Planner to join a busy repairs and property services team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role focuses on planning repairs, scheduling works, and keeping customers and operatives updated.

You will allocate jobs, manage diaries, liaise with tenants, contractors and internal teams, monitor workloads, and ensure timescales are met, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service in a fully office-based environment.

• Salary: £15.48 per hour PAYE
• Hours: 42.5 hours per week
• Contract: Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Planner to join a busy property services team based in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong planning, scheduling or repairs administration experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.

The Role

As a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and customers and operatives are kept updated throughout the process.

• Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance works
• Allocating jobs to operatives and managing diaries

• Has previous experience within repairs, maintenance, housing or property services
• Has experience in a planning, scheduling or coordination role

• Can work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Has a strong customer-focused approach
