The Guinness Partnership is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Manager to oversee a cyclical programme of planned improvements across Hampshire and West Sussex. Based in Havant with on-site visits, office work, and some home working, you will lead delivery of planned works across building fabric, Windows, roofs and retrofit projects, working with external consultants and contractors.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering planned investment projects in housing/public sector.
• Strong commercial acumen across multiple projects.
• Contract management with external/internal organisations.
• Experience consulting with residents as part of planned works.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of building construction, repair techniques and safety regulations.
• Budget management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Extensive project management in built environment, including retrofit and fire safety.
• Understanding of social landlord activities.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery of planned works, including windows, roofs, doors and building fabric improvements.
• Manage external consultants and contractors under Target Cost Model and PPC.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to high standards.
• Engage with residents and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.
• Oversee budget and commercial performance across multiple projects.
