Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Planned Maintenance, or Compliance Management.
• Proven experience coordinating contractors and maintenance schedules.
• Strong understanding of statutory compliance requirements and planning programmes.
• Experience using CAFM or maintenance scheduling systems.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively.
• Commercial awareness with experience managing quotations and costs.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to build relationships with clients, contractors and colleagues.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain forward-looking PPM schedules across multiple contracts and sites.
• Track statutory and contractual maintenance activities to ensure compliance.
• Monitor overdue visits, inspections and remedial actions and drive timely completion.
• Coordinate contractor attendance, site access arrangements and service delivery.
• Obtain, review and manage quotations for remedial works and minor projects.
• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to secure approvals and communicate progress.
• Ensure maintenance visits, remedials and minor works have completion evidence and certification.
• Maintain records within CAFM and business management systems.
• Produce weekly and monthly reports on compliance status, programme performance, risks and actions.
• Monitor expenditure against budgets and identify cost improvements.
