Job summary

Simply Solutions (Europe) Limited in Livingston, West Lothian, is seeking a PPM & Minor Works Manager to own planned maintenance programmes and minor works delivery. You will coordinate contractors, manage schedules and ensure statutory compliance while delivering first-class service.

The role offers £32,000–£36,000 per annum, core hours Mon–Fri with occasional flexibility, and opportunities to drive improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Management, Planned Maintenance or compliance roles.
• Proven ability to coordinate contractors and maintenance schedules.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
• Experience using CAFM / maintenance management systems.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and manage forward-looking PPM schedules across multiple contracts.
• Track statutory and contractual maintenance activities for compliance.
• Monitor overdue visits and remedial actions.
• Coordinate contractor attendance and site access.
• Review quotations for remedial works and minor projects.
• Provide progress updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Maintain records in CAFM and reporting.
• Produce weekly and monthly compliance and programme reports.
