Qualifications
- Must hold a RICS accredited or relevant degree.
- Full UK driving licence is required and your own transport is essential.
Responsibilities
- Provide land and property advice to clients on infrastructure projects.
- Assist with Heads of terms and contractual agreements with stakeholders.
- Support site noting and records of condition on private land.
- Visit sites to monitor project progress and assess land impacts.
- Assist with compensation and valuation discussions.
- Support tenancy agreements and landlord-tenant relationships.
- Collaborate with the wider team to identify risks and solutions.
- Deliver data and reporting outputs for large-scale schemes.
