Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren Limited invites graduates to join its Graduate Surveyor programme, developing expertise in land access and environmental considerations for utilities and infrastructure projects across the UK. You will work towards MRICS/APC status while gaining on-the-job experience alongside our geospatial and land professionals.

Successful candidates will handle negotiations, regulatory compliance, and landowner relations, contributing to sustainable project delivery and client success.

Qualifications

We seek proactivity, problem-solving and a keen eye for detail to contribute to success.
RICS accredited or relevant degree required to enrol on APC or ATC.
Full UK driving licence and access to transport are essential.

Responsibilities

Negotiate land access agreements and assess compensation claims for landowners.
Manage land access and compliance throughout infrastructure projects.
Liaise between clients and landowners to resolve disputes fairly.
Support implementation using data and reporting for large-scale schemes.
