Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren, a leading land, environmental and geospatial consultancy, is recruiting a Senior Surveyor to join our Leatherhead team. You will deliver land and property services for utility and infrastructure projects across the UK, taking ownership of tasks and ensuring client deadlines are met.

You will collaborate with clients and stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to our CPD culture while upholding the firm’s values and delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS qualified and full UK driving licence.
• Experience in leading a team or projects.
• Good team player with a can-do attitude.
• Natural problem solver with a collaborative approach.
• Enjoy delivering results with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide land and property advice and services for clients.
• Deliver a range of tasks and schemes to a high standard.
• Take initiative to meet client deadlines and objectives.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, landowners and occupiers.
• Support the development of junior staff and provide constructive feedback.
