Qualifications

• RICS-accredited degree (or equivalent) to pursue APC/ATC for MRICS/AssocRICS.
• Valid UK driving licence and access to own transport.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate access agreements with landowners and stakeholders.
• Assess and handle compensation claims for landowners.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and minimise impact on land.
• Act as intermediary between clients and landowners to manage land access.
• Oversee land access and management while ensuring fair compensation and resolving disputes.
