Dalcour Maclaren Limited is offering a 12-month Placement Surveyor programme designed to immerse you in surveying within Utilities and Infrastructure. You will gain exposure to live projects, learning from industry experts, and develop technical and professional skills for your degree.

You’ll work on land access, negotiate access agreements, assess compensation claims, and help manage land-related issues across pipelines, power lines, and roads, becoming a key intermediary between clients and

• RICS accredited or relevant degree required.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.

Responsabilidades

• Support land and property advice for utilities and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with heads of terms and licences on behalf of clients.
• Undertake site notices and records of condition reviews.
• Monitor project progress through site visits and data reporting.
• Assist in negotiating access agreements and handling compensation claims.
