Dalcour Maclaren Limited in the UK is offering a 12-month Placement Surveyor programme within Utilities & Infrastructure. You will gain exposure to surveying on live projects, learning from industry experts, and developing technical and professional skills for your degree.

Placement Surveyors will handle land access, negotiations, compensation claims, regulatory compliance, and liaise between clients and landowners. A full UK driving licence and a RICS accredited or relevant degree are preferred.

• RICS accredited or relevant degree required.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport essential.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Responsabilités

• Support land and property advice on utilities & infrastructure projects.
• Assist with heads of terms, licences and stakeholder contracts.
• Assist with site notices and records of condition for various land types.
• Observe site visits to monitor project progress across the UK.
• Assist with compensation and valuation work for land and property.
• Support landlord/tenant relations and tenancy agreements as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to identify risks and solutions.
• Utilise data and technology to support large-scale schemes.
