Job summary

Qualifications
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualification is required.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience leading teams or projects.
- Natural problem-solving ability.
- Enjoy delivering results with a team.
- Strong teamwork and a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities
- Deliver land and property advice and services to clients.
- Deliver a range of tasks to a high standard, using initiative to meet deadlines.
- Develop relationships with client personnel, stakeholders, contractors, landowners and occupiers.
- Support junior staff development and, where applicable, line management responsibilities.
- Share experience to support development and CPD across the organisation.
- Participate in company groups, events and promote DM values.
