Job summary

Brunel University London is seeking a proactive Placement and Internship Specialist to expand placements for students at Brunel. The role is based at the Uxbridge Campus with a hybrid working approach.

You will support undergraduate and postgraduate students through placement applications, work with academic teams and employers to build opportunities, and drive PWE systems and technology enhancement. Weekend work is occasionally required.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting students in achieving their career aspirations within a recruitment environment or higher education.
• Advanced IT skills and experience developing administrative systems to enable PWE development.
• Confident presenter with the ability to motivate students in a challenging job market.

Responsibilities

• Develop placements and internships for Brunel students.
• Support undergraduate and postgraduate students with placement applications.
• Collaborate with academic departments and employers to expand opportunities.
• Lead on PWE systems and technology enhancements and contribute to wider strategy.
• Occasional weekend work may be required.
