Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Functional Assessors for hybrid roles across England. You’ll use your clinical knowledge and assessment skills to evaluate how health conditions affect everyday life and work.

Starting salary £45,000, rising to £46,000 after 6 months and £47,000 after 12 months with a bonus scheme. Flexible Monday–Friday shifts 9am–5pm, with hybrid working and full training provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent post-registration experience in a relevant adult setting.
• 1 year of active NMC or HCPC registration.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Excellent report-writing and typing skills.
• Good IT skills.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload.

Responsabilités

• Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face assessments
• Explore how health conditions affect everyday activities and work
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires
• Ask detailed questions about functional ability
• Produce clear, accurate and objective reports for the DWP
• Make recommendations based on your assessment findings
