Everpool Recruitment is recruiting Functional Assessors for hybrid roles across England, starting in Cambridge. You will assess how health conditions affect daily activities and work, using clinical knowledge and strong report-writing skills.

Comprehensive training is provided, with a clear career pathway and hybrid working options. The role offers Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, no nights or weekends, with structured training and potential salary progression from £40,000 to £42,000 plus a bonus scheme.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of post-registration experience in an adult setting.
• Active NMC or HCPC registration for 1+ year.
• Strong communication and assessment skills.
• Excellent report-writing and typing skills.
• Good IT skills and ability to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face assessments.
• Explore how health conditions affect everyday activities and work.
• Review medical evidence and health questionnaires.
• Ask detailed questions about functional ability.
• Produce clear, accurate and objective reports for the DWP.
• Make recommendations based on assessment findings.
