Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Registered Nurses, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Paramedics and Pharmacists to join a growing team as PIP Functional Assessors in Luton. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm pattern with hybrid site/remote work and full training.

Starting salary is £45,000–£47,000 per year, with a competitive benefits package including a pension and CPD opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active professional registration with NMC/HCPC/GPhC as appropriate for your role.
• Minimum 12 months post-registration clinical experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Good report-writing ability and attention to detail.
• Strong IT literacy and proficient typing skills.
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured clinical assessments for PIP purposes.
• Explore impact of conditions on daily living and mobility.
• Review clinical histories and evidence provided.
• Apply clinical reasoning to produce reports.
• Work with the clinical team to meet expectations and targets.
• Utilise clinical skills in a non-frontline setting.
