Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking an experienced Functional Assessor for Poole. This hybrid, full-time role (with part-time options) involves conducting telephone and in-person assessments for health-related benefits, reviewing medical evidence, and delivering professional reports for the DWP.

The position offers a fixed Monday-to-Friday schedule, training, and a clear path for career progression. A UK registration (NMC/HCPC/GPHC) and at least 1 year post‑registration experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year post-registration UK experience.
• Active NMC/HCPC or GPHC registration.
• Strong communication, assessment and report-writing skills.
• IT proficiency for case handling and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone and face-to-face functional assessments.
