Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking a Functional Assessor in Chatham, England, working Monday to Friday with hybrid arrangements. The role uses your clinical background to assess how health conditions affect daily living and mobility without providing treatment.

You will conduct telehealth and in-person assessments, generate quality reports, and benefit from full paid training with ongoing clinical support. No evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Full registration with the NMC, HCPC or GPhC, as applicable.
• Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and reasoning skills.
• Strong written communication and report-writing ability.
• Confidence using IT and digital systems.
• Ability to discuss sensitive information professionally and compassionately.
• Full Right to Work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone, video and face-to-face consultations with clients.
• Assess daily living, mobility and independence impacts based on clinical judgement.
• Produce clear, evidence-based reports from gathered information.
