Responsibilities

The PICO Channel & B2C Marketing Manager – EMEA is a key member of the EMEA marketing team, responsible for driving both retail channel marketing execution and consumer/product marketing strategy for PICO's XR portfolio across EMEA. In this hybrid strategic–operational role, you will work closely with the consumer retail sales teams, channel marketing agency partners, product teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver high‑impact product launches, elevate PICO’s presence across online and offline retail channels, and grow our VR user base across the region.

  • Lead PICO’s global retail and GTM strategy execution across major EMEA online and offline channels, ensuring integrated, high‑quality activations.
  • Plan and deliver retail programs—including POS materials, merchandising, in‑store demos, and co‑marketing—to drive onboarding, education, and conversion of new VR users.
  • Collaborate closely with regional retail sales teams, channel agencies, and major retailers (e.g., MediaMarkt Saturn, Amazon, FNAC, Currys, Virgin) to maintain strong partnerships and consistent execution.
  • Develop launch strategies for consumer XR products, coordinating cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless, impactful introductions.
  • Act as a key advocate for PICO’s hardware, software ecosystem, and value proposition internally and externally, including at trade shows and consumer events.
  • Build competitive market insight into EMEA’s XR and broader consumer tech landscape, identifying product improvement opportunities and informing European consumer requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance and evolving consumer behaviour, optimizing execution and evaluating strategic opportunities to enhance PICO’s position in the XR category.
Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of the European retail landscape, with direct experience working with major retailers such as MediaMarkt Saturn, Amazon, Currys, Virgin, FNAC, or similar.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross‑functional teams, external agencies, and retail partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively, show initiative, and operate independently in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong project management skills, with a highly organized and execution‑focused approach.
  • Deep experience in consumer marketing, product marketing, and customer insights.
  • Background in marketing or launching niche consumer electronics products.
  • Strong understanding of how to build demand in low‑awareness categories, activate early adopters, and scale consumer adoption.
