Pick and Packer – Gatwick Airport

Location: Perimeter Road, Crawley

Join The Best Connection and step into the fast-moving Pick and Packer position that offers the chance to work with the world's largest independent provider of airline catering services. You'll be part of a dedicated team within the manufacturing and production environment, helping ensure in-flight meals and equipment are prepared accurately, safely, and on time for operations at Gatwick Airport.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, assemble, pack, and position aircraft and airport equipment
• Strip and process airline trolleys and deliver items to the correct departments
• Offload and sort equipment and food, ensuring items reach the appropriate processing areas
• Prepare food tray sets while carrying out temperature and quality checks
• Check stock levels and flight trolleys to ensure readiness for use
• Unload incoming trolleys from flights in preparation for cleaning
• Seal flight canisters and trolleys, accurately recording seal numbers

Pay & Working Hours

• £12.50 per hour
• Overtime: £18.75 | Bank Holidays: £25.00
• Shift patterns: 06:00-15:00
• Rotas available: 5 days on / 3 days off or 4 days on / 2 days off
  (flexibility required for either rota)
• Ongoing role with the opportunity to become permanent
• Start as soon as airport clearance is completed at Gatwick Airport
