Job summary

Stride Resource Management in Chester seeks a Professional Indemnity Account Handler to join a stable and high-performing team. You will manage PI client relationships with renewals, servicing and MTAs, supported by a strong admin/compliance backend.

The role is desk-based and largely phone-based, serving construction and legal sector clients across the UK. Acturis experience is useful, with growth opportunities within a respected brokerage.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling Professional Indemnity risks.
• Comfortable advising clients through renewals.
• Strong relationship management and technical capability.
• Acturis experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients through renewals, servicing and MTAs
• Predominantly desk-based/phone-based servicing
• Support clients with a strong emphasis on retention and technical advice
