Stride Resource Management Ltd in Reading is seeking a Client Advisor to manage day-to-day client relationships within a committed commercial insurance team. You will work closely with Client Directors and Managers to balance support and autonomy, handling renewals, mid-term changes and advice.

This role offers clear progression, with support toward Cert CII qualifications, Acturis experience welcomed but not essential, and a genuine focus on long-term client service.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial insurance broking.
• Good grounding across commercial insurance and client servicing.
• Ability to manage renewals and mid-term changes with minimal supervision.
• Cert CII progression encouraged; Acturis experience useful but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Managing day-to-day client queries, renewals, amendments and mid-term adjustments.
• Supporting Client Directors and Managers with retention and development of existing commercial accounts.
• Developing a thorough understanding of each client's business, risks and insurance requirements.
• Building strong working relationships with both clients and insurers.
• Preparing accurate information for insurers and supporting the negotiation and placement of commercial risks.
• Taking ownership of client issues and seeing them through to a satisfactory resolution.
• Producing accurate client documentation and maintaining up-to-date records.
• Working within FCA requirements and internal compliance procedures.
