Physiotherapy Technical Instructor
Band 4
Full time 37.5 hours
Permanent Contract

There is an exciting upcoming job opportunity within Physiotherapy for a Band 4 Physiotherapy Technical Instructor. We are looking for motivated, caring individuals to work within our highly skilled and dynamic Physiotherapy team to deliver a high quality service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead assessments, rehabilitations and facilitate discharges in a timely manner.
• Independently assess patients with mobility needs and, within the competency framework, provide mobility aids, treatment plans and timely discharge planning as part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Assist and provide individual treatment programmes as prescribed by a therapist.
• Work with indirect supervision, report back patient progress and inform the therapist of any problems.
• Assist in case management, general administration and equipment systems management within the therapy service.
