Tesco Phone Shop Colleague role in our stores offers varied daily challenges with a focus on delivering friendly, natural service to customers buying mobile products and services. Your hours are scheduled within available windows, with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week and pay starting at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in M25 stores.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you’re solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
• A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
