Job summary

Tesco Phone Shop Colleague role in the UK offers flexible shifts within advertised availability windows. You’ll provide friendly, natural service, help customers choose mobile products and services, and assist with phone setups and tech queries.

We aim to deliver great service, support, and sales while working as part of an inclusive store team. Shifts are scheduled within availability windows with a minimum of 12 hours per week, with potential pay progression.

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A passion for delivering great service, greeting every customer with a smile, and serving them with pride while helping them find the right mobile products and solutions.
• The ability to build rapport quickly so customers leave feeling confident, supported, and having had a great experience in the Phone Shop.
• The initiative to make the right decisions for customers, whether you're solving a tech query, recommending a product, or supporting with a contract setup.
• A positive, team focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
