Job summary

Availability includes specific hours Sun 10:00–15:00, Wed 10:00–14:00, Fri 10:00–14:00, Sat 11:30–17:00, with a focus on delivering great service and supporting store performance.

Qualifications

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers
• Providing flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose the right mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance
