Job summary

Tesco UK is hiring a Phone Shop Colleague to join our Stores team. You’ll work in our in-store Phone Shop, providing friendly help and reliable service to customers during available hours.

The role supports mobile products, service contracts, and a range of tech queries, with a focus on great service and sales performance. We offer a minimum of guaranteed hours per week and a progressive pay rate starting at £13.70 per hour, rising to £14.97 in qualified M25 locations.

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, natural service and getting to know your customers.
• Flexible support across the Phone Shop and wider store, including helping customers choose mobile products and services, completing phone and contract setups, and supporting customers with a range of tech queries.
• Making customer focused decisions and completing key store routines.
• Understanding how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and overall store performance.
• A positive, team‑focused approach, communicating openly, working well with colleagues across the store, having fun, and celebrating success together.
