Qualifications

• Experience in telephone-based sales, telemarketing or customer service with outbound calls.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to build rapport over the phone.
• Confident with IT systems and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Making calls to new and existing customers to build relationships and find opportunities.
• Following up on enquiries and leads to identify customer needs and opportunities.
• Researching businesses to identify decision-makers and grow accounts.
• Keeping in touch with existing customers and expanding their accounts.
• Maintaining accurate customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Encouraging attendance at company events and exhibitions.
• Carrying out market research and preparing sales reports.
