ST Selection Ltd. is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Executive for a Chester-based role with hybrid working. The role offers a basic salary of up to £35K plus a bonus, plus benefits including pension, laptop and phone, and 25 days leave plus bank holidays.

You will follow up leads, generate appointments, support the outbound telesales team, and collaborate with field sales. Strong communication and CRM experience are essential for success.

• Follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities.
• Generate appointments with existing contacts and identify new targets.
• Support outbound telesales with lapsed customers.
• Develop relationships with the field sales team.
• Maintain customer data in the CRM.
• Manage leads from marketing activities.
• Support development of national and key accounts.
• Ensure quotes and information are provided promptly.
• Record pipeline activity accurately in the CRM.
• Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure the follow up existing leads and stimulate new opportunities
• Generate appointments with existing contacts and discover new potential contacts to target for visits
• Support the outbound telesales team with lapsed customers
• Develop relationships with the field sales team
• Maintain customer information on the CRM system
• Manage leads from marketing activity
• Support the development of national & key accounts
• Ensure customers receive quotes and information in a timely manner
• Accurately record pipeline activity on the CRM system
• Diary management for appointment setting with sales colleagues
