The Sales Recruitment Network is seeking an Internal Sales Executive / Telemarketing Business Development Manager for a site-based role in Lichfield, Staffordshire. The position offers a basic salary of £28k–£30k plus a 10% bonus, with OTE around £30k, and a 38-hour week with some flexibility to 30 hours.

You will drive lead generation, qualify prospects, and secure appointments for client companies while working from a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales or telesales is beneficial.
• Ability to research potential clients and decision makers.
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, with good follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential companies using Google, LinkedIn and Companies House.
• Contact prospects by phone and email to qualify needs and book appointments.
• Follow up on meetings and pricing to drive opportunities and conversions.
• Enter prospect data and activity into the CRM system.
• Support clients across multiple sectors with high-touch sales services.
