Job summary

Onecom, the UK's leading business technology provider, is seeking a Sales Executive to join its on-site team in Brighton. You will speak with customers, understand their needs, and introduce products and services. No prior sales experience is required, with training and support provided.

This role offers a clear progression path and excellent earning potential through uncapped commission. Hours are Mon-Thurs 8:45-5:30 and Fri 8:45-4.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to prospective customers, qualifying mobile/line/service needs.
• Handling inbound calls, emails, and diary/pipeline management.
• Building rapport and developing relationships over the phone.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
• Generating meetings to discuss mobile, IT, and telephone systems.
• Keeping accurate CRM records and delivering a professional experience.
