Boots is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to deliver outstanding patient-centered service and expert technical guidance in medicines supply. You will triage patients, coach the dispensary team, and ensure safe, compliant operations while building strong relationships with colleagues across the store.

You will work within Boots’ supportive environment, benefiting from development opportunities and access to protective learning time as you contribute to excellent patient care.

Formación

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Experience or interest in coaching and leading a dispensary team.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Motivation to improve care for teams, customers and patients.
• Ability to use pharmacy systems and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Providing expert, tailored advice to patients about medicines and products.
• Delivering services as required by store needs.
• Coaching and inspiring the pharmacy team to deliver high‑quality care.
• Assisting with patient triage and distributing prescription handouts.
• Taking ownership for safe, ethical decision‑making in the pharmacy.
• Managing operational tasks including stock replenishment and order fulfilment.
