Job summary

Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Band 3 Procurement and Invoicing Officer to manage the procurement and invoicing processes for medicines. The role involves raising purchase orders, receipting goods, processing invoices, and liaising with stakeholders to support an efficient pharmacy service.

The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration, Pharmacy Services or Procurement, or equivalent experience, and an ability to work to tight

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Business and Administration, Pharmacy Services or Procurement, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Experience of purchasing and invoicing in a busy office environment working to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders.
• Receipt goods.
• Process supplier invoices.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders in a customer-focused way.
• Support an efficient and effective pharmacy service for the procurement of medicines.
