Job summary

Well Pharmacy is looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team at our Yeadon branch. The role offers a supportive environment with strong GP and health centre links in a community setting.

You will hold an MPharm degree with GPhC registration on start date, and while management experience is desirable, it's not essential. We provide career development, a modern PMR system, and a focus on patient care.

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits

We have invested in new technologies for our pharmacies including a new PMR system and centralised dispensing to allow you to focus on providing quality care and services to our customers.

We are focussed on mental health and wellbeing which is why we’ve put all our field managers through the Mental Health Awareness course to raise awareness and enable a greater level of support when working in our pharmacies.

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Yeadon.

This community pharmacy is commutable from from Leeds or Bradford. It has a great relationship with the GP surgery/health centre.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 2,000 items a week.
• It provides a wide range of services including Pharmacy First, NHS & private services.
• It provides services to substance misuse patients and it dispenses 70 community blisters.

This pharmacy is open 8:30am-6pm Monday to 9am-12pm on Saturday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of two full time dispensers and one part time.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is desired but not essential. You will be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.
