Job summary

Terumo BCT in Larne is seeking a Production Team Leader to supervise Process Leads and translate production priorities into clear expectations. You will coach leaders, develop capabilities, ensure GMP compliance, and maintain safe, compliant manufacturing operations.

The role includes cover for the Production Manager when needed. Candidates should have a degree in a relevant science/engineering field and proven experience in developing front-line leaders in regulated pharma manufacturing.

• Coach Process Leads to deliver on production plans and targets.
• Oversee documentation accuracy and timely batch review during inspections.
• Foster a proactive safety culture and effective risk assessments.
• Lead leadership development and succession planning with HR support.
