Job summary

MCS Group is partnering with a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer to recruit a Production Team Leader. You will lead, coach and develop Process Leads, translating plans into clear priorities to drive output and Right First Time results.

You'll join a regulated manufacturing environment, collaborating with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR while driving continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency and cost. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline, or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading and developing front-line leaders in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of managing performance, attendance and employee development.

The role

What you'll need

• A relevant scientific or engineering degree, equivalent qualification, or substantial experience within pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Significant experience leading and developing people managers or front-line leaders in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience managing performance, attendance, conduct and employee development.
