Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
• Significant experience leading and developing front-line leaders in pharma or regulated manufacturing.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and people performance.

Responsibilities

• Hold Process Leads accountable for safety and environmental compliance.
• Set GMP expectations and embed compliant practices across teams.
• Translate production plans into priorities and drive daily leadership of teams.
• Identify and remove barriers to ensure continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
• Develop Process Leads through coaching, performance management and succession planning.
