Terumo BCT Ltd in Larne, Northern Ireland, seeks a Senior Operator, Grade 2, to join its manufacturing team. You will enforce quality standards, supervise production staffing, and ensure GMP-compliant batch documentation and housekeeping.

Strong problem-solving, attendance, and initiative are essential as you monitor output and drive continuous improvement. The role requires shifting schedules with overtime; prior team-leading experience is advantageous and a solid track record in a GMP

Formación

• Minimum secondary-level education.
• Be able to attend work regularly with good attendance/timekeeping.
• Work with minimal supervision and use own initiative.
• Ability to work shifts/overtime.
• Experience in a team-leading role is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and maximize productivity.
• Organise production staffing to meet daily output targets.
• Monitor and report rejects to senior operators and Production Management.
• Complete batch documentation/log books accurately and timely.
• Maintain clean, tidy work areas and perform area checks.
• Ensure GMP compliance and follow SOPs, HSE procedures at all times.
• Ensure punctual arrival of staff at shift start and after breaks.
• inform Lead/Production Manager of GMP breaches or SOP deviations.
• Record gin numbers on batch docs and perform stock reconciliation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Production Management.
