Job summary

Terumo BCT Ltd in Larne is seeking a Senior Operator, Grade 2, to join our manufacturing team. You will supervise production staff, organise shift coverage, and ensure daily output targets are met while maintaining quality standards.

You will monitor batch records, reconcile stock, and ensure GMP, SOPs and safety procedures are followed. Prior team-leading experience is advantageous.

The role requires reliability, good numeracy and literacy, and the ability to work shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary-level education required.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Able to work shifts/overtime.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product quality meets specifications and maximise productivity.
• Organise production staffing to meet daily output targets.
• Monitor and report rejects and reconcile batch documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe working area and follow GMP, SOPs and Health & Safety procedures.
• Ensure timely completion of batch documentation and stock reconciliation.
• Inform management of GMP breaches or SOP deviations and take corrective action.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Production Management.
