• Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant scientific / engineering discipline.
• Strong capability in coaching and developing front-line leaders.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to drive safety, quality, delivery and cost improvements.

Responsabilités

• Hold Process Leads accountable for safety, compliance and incident investigations.
• Set clear GMP expectations and embed quality across teams.
• Translate production plans into priorities, standards and boundaries for Process Leads.
• Deliver Daily operational meetings, KPI reviews and visual management.
• Provide leadership coverage for the Production Manager when required.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Warehouse, Supply Chain and HR to resolve cross-functional issues.
