Osirian Consulting is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with pharmaceutical supply chain experience to join our expanding European operations in London. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, liaise with freight forwarders, and drive regulatory compliance across Europe.

The role covers GDP/GMP documentation, cross-border movements, and KPI reporting, with a view toward permanent placement beyond a 6-month term. Excellent Excel/Office skills and attention to detail are essential.

Formación

• Around 3 years experience within pharmaceutical supply chain or pharmaceutical logistics.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience is essential.
• Experience coordinating inbound and outbound shipments.
• Experience working in a regulated GDP environment.
• Understanding of European import/export, customs and distribution processes.
• Experience dealing with freight forwarders, logistics providers or 3PLs.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinating inbound and outbound pharmaceutical shipments.
• Booking and tracking deliveries across Europe.
• Liaising with freight forwarders, customs brokers and 3PL providers.
• Supporting import/export and customs processes.
• Ensuring the correct shipping and compliance documentation is in place.
• Obtaining quotations and supporting route risk assessments.
• Maintaining GDP, GMP, customs and logistics documentation.
• Supporting transport validation, audits and regulatory inspections.
• Assisting with investigations into logistics deviations or non-compliance.
• Gathering logistics performance data and supporting KPI reporting.
• Assisting with invoice tracking, spend analysis and logistics budget monitoring.
• Working closely with supply chain and internal stakeholders to ensure shipments are delivered accurately and on time.
