GenScript Biotech Corp. in Oxford, UK is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to oversee the full logistics workflow, including inbound/outbound shipments, inventory control, and invoice processing.

You will ensure timely delivery, accurate documentation, and SOP compliance while coordinating with carriers and internal teams. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong Excel skills, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Certifications in logistics or supply chain are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with inventory management and shipment tracking software/systems.
• Exposure to logistics, warehouse operations or related fields is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record inventory data.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain system and physical packing records, generate documentation.
• Conduct weekly inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Review and submit logistics invoices for timely payment.
• Coordinate with procurement to support purchasing tasks and supplier compliance.
• Assist supervisor with task delegation and adapting to priorities.
