The role focuses on building value for patients with swallowing difficulties through strategic BD initiatives and robust financial analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical industry and 2 years Business Development experience.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and insights.
• Confident communicator with excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop a business development wishlist and actively seek new product ideas that build value for Rosemont and patients.
• Collaborate across functions with data-based assessments of market opportunities.
• Generate and secure business cases, including 10-year NPV models with key stakeholders.
• Build external networks to create new business opportunities including in-licensing or technology transfer arrangements.
• Lead Stage Gate submissions for business development and ensure robust financials for each deal.
• Provide regular reporting on account performance, risk, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Attend industry conferences to identify and pursue new opportunities.
