Unilabs Pharma Solutions is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across its DMPK, bioanalysis and drug development support services. The role focuses on opportunity creation, building a robust sales pipeline, and converting conversations into signed agreements with biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors.

You will identify decision-makers, build relationships and guide opportunities through the full commercial cycle from first contact to contract.

Formación

• Successful track record in business development within CRO, bioanalysis, laboratory services or related drug development services.
• Experience selling scientific or technical services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies.
• Existing relationships within pharmaceutical and biotechnology organisations, CROs or related drug development partners is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute territory and target account strategies.
• Identify and engage biotech and pharmaceutical sponsors, building long-term relationships across discovery and early drug development.
• Generate qualified opportunities through networking, conferences and targeted outreach.
• Present Unilabs capabilities within DMPK, ADME and bioanalysis.
• Develop customer-specific solutions with scientific experts.
• Lead commercial negotiations and proposal processes.
