Pets Corner Bracknell is seeking an Assistant Manager for a part-time role (25 hours across 4 days). You will lead by example, deliver exceptional customer service and support store performance while working closely with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and go the extra mile.
• Identify products to meet customer needs and maximise sales.
• Lead by example to train and develop the team using Pets Corner Curriculum.
• Maintain store and product presentation standards.
• Keep pricing, promotions and merchandising up to date.
• Handle opening/closing duties and key holding.
• Manage inventory with deliveries and stock takes; investigate losses.
• Heavy lifting involved.
